The Ripple EXTRA
When choosing this package, you can expect the following. As for extras on top of The Ripple BASIC, this package also includes a relaxation massage of 1.5 hours, and if you go beyond the 40 weeks, we will schedule an extra appointment.
Three appointments
We have three appointments of about 2 to 2.5 hours where I come to you. During these appointments, we look at what you need to go into labor with confidence and trust. I will give you hands-on tools to ensure that you remain relaxed during the delivery. In addition, I help you create your birth plan.
I'm there for you, before and during the delivery
I will accompany you during one of the appointments with the obstetrician or gynecologist (if you wish, of course). Having a birth team where you feel at home and at ease is crucial for a relaxed birth. From week 37 I am on standby; you can call me 24/7 when you need my support and when labor starts. Throughout the delivery, I will stay with you and support you in the way we discussed together and that feels right for you (and your partner).
after care
A few days after the birth I will come (of course, if desired) for a maternity visit to see how you and your baby are doing. A few weeks after the delivery we meet again to discuss the delivery. This can help you to 'process' the labour; sharing your unique experience and how you felt during childbirth determines the time afterwards.
Relaxation massage
To ensure that you go into labor as relaxed as possible, you will also receive a 1.5-hour relaxation massage in this package. You decide at what point in your pregnancy you wish to make use of this.
Extra appointment after 40+ weeks
If you go beyond the 40 weeks, we will schedule an extra appointment. Together we will look at how we can fill this in such a way that it gives you, even more, relaxation and confidence in the run-up to the birth.
