Hypnobirthing & Mindfulness Course

In the Hypnobirthing & Mindfulness course, you will learn how to enter a state of deep relaxation by means of hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques, and how to move with the flow of the birth process. This way you can work together with your body and you ensure that you produce more endorphins (natural painkillers) during childbirth. The more relaxed you are, the calmer you can bring your baby into the world.  You can choose between a group course or a private course (for you and your partner or alone).

Group course

𖥸 5 evenings of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.  

The Hypnobirthing & Mindfulness course is based on the official hypnobirthing method of Marie Mongan, supplemented with mindfulness techniques.  During the course, information from the book 'Relaxed Bevallen' will be used.

 

You will receive relaxation exercises on MP3, so that you can master the relaxation techniques.

 

After the course, another call will be made in week 38 to ensure that there is enough room for personal attention and guidance.

Private course

The course content of the private course is the same as for the group course. With private lessons though, we can fully tailor the course to your personal needs.
